The Company incorporated in Malaysia on December 31^st. 1974 is a wholly owned Bumiputra company.

 

The Company is a housing developer incorporated to undertake in planning and developing vacant land into residential, commercial and/or small/light industry buildings in line with the Government Policy of achieving its requirements in order for the people to own houses, commercial and/or small/light industry buildings.

 

In view of the above, the Company has developed and is developing its own land and at the same seeking joint-ventures with other land owners and also the Government Authorities to develop into residential, commercial and or/small/light industry buildings.At present, the Company is concentrating its activities in the vicinity of Kota Star District and hopefully the company will diversify its activities to other districts in Kedah Darul Aman in line with concept of ‘Kedah Maju 2020’.

 

The Company is a licensed Housing Developer registered with Ministry of Housing & Local Government and is also a member of the Real Estate and Property Developers Association of Malaysia.

 

To date, the Company has developed and completed eighteen (18) residential, commercial and light industry projects in Alor Star – Taman Nakishah, Taman Shahab, Taman Sri Menanti, Taman Murni, Kompleks Zarah, Desa Kamela Phase I & II, Shahab Perdana ( Bus Terminal & Commercial Complex) Phase I, Desa Baiduri, Taman Shahab II, Taman Desa Impiana, Taman Seri Cempaka, All these projects cater for all categories of people.
